The International festival of French cuisine – Goût de France / Good France will be held for the third time on 21st March. On that day chefs across the five continents will serve a special French menu. On this occasion, Elixir restaurant prepared a special Parisian style dinner. Chef Michał Tkaczyk has created a tasting menu inspired by classic French cuisine using the best Polish ingredients. Every dish will be paired with selected alcohol in line with the food pairing principles. The menu, available only this evening, features assiette of duck with foie gras, Polish bisque of Masurian crayfish with scallops, deer cassoulet, Polish-farm cheese plate and mille feuille.
