Meat the Greek – how the Greeks eat meat

As every year Taverna Patris invites you to the spring “Meat the Greek” festival with Greek style meat dishes. By visiting the restaurant you can see by yourself what is the Greek way of cooking, spicing up and serving the meat.

The special menu will be valid throughout April. You will be able to order such specialties as voeio kreas magolua – beef cheeks braised in oil with herbs and peppers (39 zł), hirino gemisto – pork tenderloin stuffed with halloumi cheese and dried tomatoes (36 zł), arni kleftiko – lamb with vegetables and feta cheese baked in parchment (45 zł), katzikaki lemonato – goat roasted in a sauce of lemon (56 zł), brizola vodino – grilled t-bone steak (69 zł), fileto arniou – grilled pork or lamb loin with demi glace sauce (59 zł).

If you like to try numerous dishes you may opt for mix grill me kreas – plate of grilled meats for 2 people (chicken skewers, minced beef cutlets, lamb chops, pork skewers) served with pita and tzatziki for 59 PLN.
