Ruza Roza, a Balkan restaurant from Saska Kępa, has recently introduced a spring-summer grill menu. At the open-air grill, chefs prepare a variety of meat, fish and seafood. Immediately after cooking, you can taste them under the open sky, in a spacious summer garden. The meat section of the menu features, among others, grilled beef steak served with blanched spinach and lentils, lamb marinated in yogurt, rosemary and wine or grilled chopped pork sticks. You can also eat grilled fish and seafood here, such as sea bream, shrimp or mackerel. In the seasonal menu there is something for the fans of the cold soups – a Balkan tarator with nuts.
Ruza Roza’s cuisine is run by the father and son, originating from Bulgaria Large Boris Ignatov and Small Boris Ignatow. The restaurant is a family and kids friendly place. Children’s corner is available daily, and animators will take care of the kids during Family Sunday events organised by the restaurant. The water bowls are waiting for the pets.
