Restaurant Savor by Jung and Lecker opened in summer at plac Zbawiciela in the premises that housed The Blueberry’s Restaurant. This is a new place by the owners of restaurant & winery Jung & Lecker from Emilii Plater, that later moved to Krakowskie Przedmieście. The chef of the restaurant is Joanna Krzewińska, author of the culinary blog – Królestwo Garów, who gained gastronomy experience among others in La Rotisserie restaurant. The menu features Polish and Italian dishes such as young beetroots soup, duck breast with gnocchi and raspberry sauce, pizzas and pastas. Large part of the menu are seasonal dishes based on the products available at the moment. Currently you can order dishes with chantarelles, courgette flowers and figs such as courgette flowers in tempura stuffed with chantarelles, spaghetti with chantarelles, baked chorizo and figs or figs baked in ham with chocolate.
