5th Culinary Book Fair are organised on the weekend 7th – 8th October . As every year this event will take place on Ujazdowski Castle and in Qchnia artystyczna restaurant. Marta Gessler is organising the event that is gathering foodies, chefs, culinary books authors and enthusiats of cooking at home… This year headline is 5×5 FETU-JEMY (CELEBR-EATING) as it is 5th edition, among the participants there are 5 cooking studios, 5 pastry shops, 5 confectioneries, 5 florists and there will be 5 prizes will be given in 5 categories. Additionally it’s a celebration of 25th anniversary of Qchnia artystyczna restaurant and 25 publishers will exhibit. During 5 days in Qchnia artystyczna you will be able to taste the menu designed by 5 culinary bloggers: Daria Ładocha (Mamałyga), Małgosia Minta (Minta Eats), Eliza Mórawska (White Plate), Maia Sobczak (Qmam kaszę) and Samar Khanafer-Gniadek (Samar) . This event is not only about books – the organisers planned meeting with book authors, workshops, lecures, tastings and panel discussions.
