Jadalnia, a new restaurant offering Polish and International cuisine opened recently in Międzylesie, in Patriotów Street. The chef of the restaurant is Piotr Kałaska, who has worked at Michelin star Atelier Amaro for the last few years. The menu of the restaurant features among others warm portobello with chantarelles, sorrel soup with potatoes, lamb with polenta and whitefish from the oven. Except from the standard menu, there is also a daily offer of seasonal dishes. Jadalnia has a large selection of wines which are presented at a special cabinet. We will find here among others Hungarian Furmint or Spanish Albarino.
