The first Terroir Budapest Forum will be held on Monday Oct 30th, 2017 at Brody Studios in Budapest. The international event dedicated to food and gastronomy will attract hundreds of influencers from the field of hospitality including chefs, producers, hoteliers, wine experts, culinary tourism experts, journalists, media, and international business leaders. During the forum the participants will be able to listen and talk about Hungarian gastronomy, culinary turism or take part in wine or palinka tasting. Among panelist you will find Hungarian chefs with stars – Istan Veres (Babel), Miguel Rocha Vieira (Costes), Canadian chef Amanda Cohen (Dirt Candy, New York). Poland will be represented on scene by journalist Olga Badowska (Mlask, Usta). The event is organized by Terroir Hospitality, organisation building businesses and educational programs in Canada already for 12 years. Last year they entered Europe launching first European Terroir Forum – Terroir Berlin.
