Throughout November greek restaurants bistro iGrek and Taverna Patris present new seasonal menu of goose dishes. Polish traditions of serving goose on Saint Matthew Day and Mediterranean flavors from sunny Greece once again meet on one plate. IGrek restaurant serves in November among others soup from lentil, roasted tomatoes, coriander and goose (14 PLN), roasted goose with rucola, radicchio and grilled pineapple (26 PLN), goose thigh with sweet potato chips and fig (46 PLN), roasted goose with potato-vegetable fritatta and salad with pear (46 PLN). Taverna Patris serves among others pumpkin soup with goose (20 PLN), groat salad with roasted pumpkin, onion and confit goose (32 PLN), goose breast braised with honey and fruits (52 PLN), confit goose thigh with beet purée and pear mustard (52 PLN).
