The BO BO DO announced by us at the end of January opened today at Foksal 17 – in the premises after the closed Opasly Tom. The new place refers to the style of the 30s of the 20th century, when Cafe Bodo was located at this address. DO BO DO wants to offer a cuisine which is “a fusion of local, Polish cuisine with the molecular imagination of the chef”, who is Marek Kropielnicki. The menu features two versions of tasting – 5 courses for PLN 168 and 7 courses for PLN 198. In addition to tasting menus, the menu includes items such as assiette of roe deer, smoked Masurian eel in nori, Rainbow trout consomme, Polish duck breast roasted in Zlotnicki pork bacon, parfait from Sechlonska plum with rosemary.
