Lexus Hybrid Cuisine is a culinary event with international food world celebrities, which will take place on April 11-13. Warsaw will be visited by seven chefs honored with a total amount of ten Michelin stars, and they will cook to guests, who will buy a ticket to lunch or dinner.
Chefs stars, who accepted the invitation are: Mitsuharu Tsumura (Maido, Lima Peru), Zaiyu Hasegawa (Den**, Tokyo, Japan), Søren Selin (AOC**, Copenhagen, Denmark), Fredrik Berselius (Aska**, New York, USA), Dani García (Dani Garcia Group**, Marbella, Spain), Josean Alija (Nerua*, Bilbao, Spain) and Jonathan K. Berntsen (Clou*, Copenhagen, Denmark). The hosts of the event, presenting Polish cuisine, will be chefs under the leadership of Robert Trzópek (Bez Gwiazdek, Warsaw): Justyna Słupska-Kartaczowska (jadka, Wroclaw), Marcin Popielarz (Biały Królik, Gdynia), Jacek Grochowina (Nolita, Warsaw), Bartek Szymczak (Rozbrat 20, Warsaw), Paweł Pojawa (Sugar, Suwałki).
The event is planned for three days. First day a press conference will be held for Polish and foreign media. Later that day Chef’s Creative Meeting will take place with discussions among others on Central Eastern Europe as possible culinary tourism destination and on hot concepts of gastronomic world. Second day will be dedicated to Gala Dinner with invited guest chefs. Third day will be open for all guests, who will purchase the ticket.
