The Pankejk restaurant opened in the beginning of March at large premises after KFC in Krakowskie Przedmieście street, right next to the monument of Nicolaus Copernicus. This is the third Pankejk restaurant after Poznań and Łódź locations owned by the Mex Poland Group, known among others from The Mexican restaurant chain. At Pankejk you may eat dry crêpes (eg. Boston Pulled Pork with pulled pork in a barbecue or hot chipotle sauce, or Tibetan with roasted vegetables and camembert), baked crêpes (eg. Mexican with chili con carne and paprika sauce) and sweet crêpes (eg Galapagos with passion fruit, white chocolate and vanilla cheese). In total, there are 50 types of crêpes as well as salads, soups, pancakes, potato pancakes and desserts. Judging by the proximity to the University of Warsaw, the queues to Manekin in Marszałkowska Street and at Plac Konstytucji and the growing network of Lalka‘s crêperies, we expect crowds at Pankejk too.
