Already announced by us restaurant NORMA has been officially opened today at 8pm. Kuba Korczak – culinary expert, Slow Food activist and flavors searcher – became a Chef here. In the menu you will find chef’s signature dishes. Polish, Italian and Asian influences can be found in this menu. You can taste here, among others, won ton with wild mushrooms, goose soup with apple essence, ravioli with Polish sausage and truffles, as well as regional Polish Polgesek with tagliatelle and pecorino.
