Fusion Restaurant at Westin Hotel introduces new eco menu, where dishes based on organic products will be offered. This way, Executive Chef Janusz Korzyński joins the Wellbeing Movement – campaign announced globally by Westin. The goal of this campaign is to improve well-being. For two months the restaurant Fusion will offer, among others, Smoked trout with noni fruit jelly, buckwheat blinis and celery, Tuscany soup with roasted spring vegetables, smoked bacon and ecological grains of Quinoa, Strawberry carpaccio with yogurt ice cream and organic goji fruit.
