Pop Up Ferment soon

Joanna Mróz 20 March 2016

Warning! This news is from the series “we write about it as first on the market”.  Soon a unique concept on Polish market will start. It is called Pop Up Ferment. Culinary side of the project will be supervised by the chef Krzysztof Rabek, known so far from the HUGO in Poznan and Odette in Warsaw. Pop Up Ferment is meant to operate according to the principle “Less expensive, less formal, more fun.” From Wednesdays to Saturdays Krzysztof Rabek will offer his signature five-course tasting menu inspired by neo-bistro style at Rozbrat 20. The menu will cost PLN 90 per person. Main cuisine principles will be: unpretentious creations, vegetables and cheaper cuts of meat in the leading role. Pop Up Ferment is supposed to be a casual place where the chefs not only cook, but also serve food. The first dinner is planned for April 13, the pop up will operate for 3 months. We smell a hit, it’s worth to book your table already today, latest this week.
