There is new chef in ArtBistro Stalowa 52. Mariusz Ledwoch, an experienced chef has created its own original menu based on seasonal products. The specialty of the new menu are game dishes and you will find there, among others, venison tartare with onion chutney and goat cheese, saddle of venison, homemade ravioli with venison or juniper-rosemary venison stew with mushroom potato cake. Quite extensive menu is also waiting for kids who can choose among duck tenderloin in orange sauce with zucchini pancakes, salmon sous vide or sweet spinach waffles.
