The magnificent Art Nouveau tenement house in Warsaw, formerly the Massal House, opens after a lengthy renovation and will host a new Bistro Pod Sowami. The cuisine here serves Polish dishes among others from wild game or freshtwater fish. Damian Wajda became a Chef here, he is formerly known from Nowa Próżna. The menu includes, among others, sturgeon fillet with cider sauce, noodles and snail goulash; Quail roasted whole in poultry jus, with blinis and onion bigos; Creamy pearl barley with oscypek, currant leaves and forest cover infusion. Bistro Pod Sowami opens soon, already in the evenings you can eat dishes from the menu, but the opening hours are not yet regular.
