Marani, a new Georgian restaurant and wine bar, was recently opened in Ursynów at Wąwozowa street. The head chef of the restaurant is Aleksandre Saphariani, a chef with 15 years of experience from restaurants in Tbilisi and Budapest. The menu features traditional Georgian dishes such as khachapuri (a baked pie with cheese), vegetable ajapsandali, charco soup or lobio. For the main course we will eat here, among others lamb with bulgur, veal in tomato sauce, or guinea fowl in nut sauce. There is also a wide offer of Georgian wines available by the glass, as well as a shop with Georgian spirits.
