The Ferment Group known so far, among others from Butchery & Wine, Brasserie Warszawska, Kieliszki na Próżnej and Kieliszki na Hożej, opened a few days ago a new place called Koneser Grill. It’s located in the Koneser complex in Praga North. The place is close to Zoni Restaurant, WuWu or Ferment Praski. Koneser Grill focuses on cooking based on grilling with fire. Conceptually it’s close to Butchery & Wine. The menu includes grilled herring with pickles; pork terrine with foie gras, plum and hazelnut; lamb shoulder with grilled pumpkin; or steaks – e.g. Hunger Steak, New York Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Flat Iron Steak.
