A new restaurant specializing in Polish cuisine Młoda Polka was opened at Nowy Świat in September. The menu includes popular Polish dishes such as Russian dumplings, dumplings with meat, potato pancakes, broth with homemade noodles, żurek, pork chop (schabowy), duck breast. We will also eat proziaki here – that is Carpathian pancakes with various extras. In Młoda Polka we will also order dishes inspired by southern European cuisines, such as ravioli with spinach, prawns in wine-butter sauce, beetroot carpaccio, linguine with shrimps or pide with spinach.
