Ancypo – a cold meat manufacturer from Podlasie – has recently opened its own shop at Koszykowa Street, near Hala Koszyki. Ancypo is a small family company located in Pawełki near Sokółka in the Podlaskie region. Referring to tradition, Ancypo focuses on the production of cold meats and matured meats produced in accordance with traditional recipes from Podlasie region. The flagship products are Kumpiak Podlaski and Kindziuk Podlaski. However, in the shop you can buy a selection of long-ripened cured meats, smoked meats, pork fat, as well as offal cold meats, sausages, pâtés and even a few delicatessen items. So far, Ancypo‘s products could be found at Hala Gwardii, the shop at Koszykowa Street is the first stationary shop of the brand in Warsaw.
