Sketch, well known to the Nowy Swiat area frequenters thanks to wide selection of Belgian beers, Belgian fries and European cuisine, has been removed in the summer from Foksal street. Its premises have been leased to the business that was associated rather with extremely expensive alcohols (and scantily clad ladies). However, in October, like a Phoenix from ashes, Sketch reborn in Grand Theatre building (taking place of The Eve club)! In the menu there is a mix of international cuisine, among others, the Balkan cuisine, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian … The examples of dishes are arabic kofta in pita bread, chicken satay, lampb ćevapi, spaghetti pesto genovese or Balkan pljeskavica. Chef Paweł Wojciechowski before joining Sketch for a longtime worked as a chef, among others, in the US and Australian embassies.
