Gioia, a new Italian restaurant, has recently opened at Oboźna Street. Its name means happiness and joy in Italian and refers to the concept of the place where the owners want to create the atmosphere of the Italian “La Dolce Vita” (sweet life). The owners of the restaurant come from Italy and food is created by Carmine Carotenuto & Federico Ferru – chefs from the south of Italy. To prepare the dishes, they use products imported from Italy, such as seafood, fish, bottarga, truffles or shrimps from Mazara del Vallo. The restaurant menu includes Italian dishes with a modern twist, such as tapas, burgers, pasta, pizzas, seafood and fish. We will eat here among others burger with octopus, tuna tartare, spaghettone with tuna bottarga, tagliolini with white truffles. Gioia also offers gourmet pizzas with eggs and truffles or eggplant, salmon and ginger, beef with mushrooms, veal with potatoes and black truffles or octopus in various options. For those who fancy culinary surprises, the chef offers a special dish every day.
