Lovage Bistro is a new place opened two months ago in the center of Warsaw at Lwowska Street. The place is inspired by slow local bistros that we can find on streets of Spain, Portugal and Italy, where there is more sun and time passes slower. The Lovage Bistro is specialized in Southern European cuisine, with focus on Spanish, with its famous tapas, also available in sets for sharing. We will eat here, among others patatas bravas, padron peppers, burgos black pudding, chorizo sausages in white wine or baby octopus. The menu also includes soups such as cazuela or bouillabaisse, sandwiches with chorizo or tuna or Spanish paella in three different versions: chicken and chorizo, seafood and vege. For seafood lovers there is also a burger with octopus, Argentine prawns in white wine or grilled sea bream. Thanks to the open kitchen we can watch the chefs at work and keep track of how our dishes are made.
The interior of Lovage Bistro has a loft atmosphere, light with retro bulbs and lots of greenery, which makes it a cozy place. The restaurant organizes music evenings, themed parties with a DJ every week. The culinary and musical offer as well as the interior of the restaurant encourage people to visit and spend time “with friends at friends”.
