A few days ago, Baltazar Kuchnia & Bar was created at Krucza. The menu offers international cuisine with French influences. The kitchen is governed by Michał and Kuba Budnik, Marcin was known so far among others as Chef at Duchnicka Wine and Food. The menu features, among others, Red mullet concomme with julienne vegetables and grilled bulb onions, Roasted Kartuska goose in Amarone, and Fresh mussels with chorizo and white wine on Thursdays. Mondovino is responsible for a wide selection of wines from around the world.
