Quchnia Slow Food & Pizza was founded in late February in Ursynów. It is a family restaurant, serving European cuisine with a special focus on traditional Italian pizza. The place relies on Polish products from local suppliers and traditional Italian specialties. The menu features, among others, veal liver in cider, goose thigh with honey-currant sauce, cod fillet with cranberry sauce and more than twenty types of pizza.
