Bao Bao Pierogi na Parze is a new Vietnamese bar opened in August in Bielany. The bar specializes in steamed dumplings such as bahn bao filled with pork, mushrooms and soybean pasta, bao burgers and dumplings with various fillings such as crab and zucchini, pork and shitake or pumpkin and nuts. Except from dumpling we can order here Vietnamese soups such as pho bo, pho ga and wonton, spring rolls or nem.
