New Prime Cut steak house was opened at Twarda St. a few days ago. The chef here is Michał Maj. The menu is based on steaks, fish and seafood prepared from a charcoal grill. The menu includes, among others, beef carpaccio, fried calamari, Caesar salad, gazpacho, beef and lamb burgers, grilled ribs, roast lamb, grilled octopus, and selection of steaks (rib eye, new your strip, beef filet). It is worth noting that the restaurant baked bread in its own bakery, and for the fans of the weekend nightlife Prime Cut prepared a special night menu.
