Tygiel Kantyna will be closed after less than 9 months since its opening. Tygiel is a popular lunch bistro in Narbutta street in Mokotów operating in line with “Zero Waste” idea. They change the menu daily, dishes are prepared from whole products to reduce the waste, and what remains is composted. According to the information provided on Facebook, the closing of Tygiel is caused by a significant increase in the rent rate. The restaurant will be working only by the end of the week. The owners announced that they want to reopen Tygiel as soon as possible and are currently looking for a new location. For the time being they continue their catering services.
