Vegan Ramen Shop, opened last weekend in Mokotów, at Kazimierzowska Street. This is the second place under the same name, the first one has been operating for a year and a half in Saska Kępa. The specialty of both venues is vegan ramen in various versions both cream and clear – spicy miso, clear shoyu, tantan-men and creamy shiyo. The menu also includes edamame, hiyayakko (tofu appetizer), natto (fermented soy), as well as vegan ice cream.
