Selavi is a completely new place opened on Saturday in Krasińskich tenement house at Małachowski Square. As the creators declare, Selavi is a “bar with the best food or, if you prefer, a restaurant with the hottest bar in the city.” It is meant to be a meeting place with friends, which will match nicely with large tables, spacious room, location in the area of many clubs at Mazowiecka St., as well as a dedicated DJ place. The chef here is Michał Jarosz, known before, among others from Informal and The Harvest. The menu includes courses from world cuisines: starters to share (e.g. tomatoes with burrata cheese, cod ceviche, beef tartare), pastas (e.g. tagliolini with seafood), salads (including autumn salad with root vegetables, Cesar with chicken or shrimps), soups (including fish and seafood soup), main courses (e.g. veal schnitzel with eggs, Selavi beef burger, grilled octopus), desserts (e.g. cheesecake with dates, chocolate gateu with pistachios). Selavi also has an extensive alcohol menu.
