At the corner of Chocimska and Skolimowska new casserole bar was opened yesterday. The place is called Serwus and serves casseroles in new, non standard variants. The kitchen is in hands of Janek Paszkowski, famous from Polish edition of Master Chef. The menu includes four basic casseroles inspired by tastes from around the world (Polish edition with mushrooms, Spanish with chorizo and goat cheese, Italian with mozarella and French – blue cheese and pears. Apart from standard menu, every day you will be able to eat here seasonal editions. The menu also features homemade pickles, which can be a good company to your casserole.
