Kuba Korczak is a chef of new restaurant – NORMA located on Wierzbowa St., next to gastrobar Momu. Kuba is passionate seeker of flavors and a cook. He is a culinary expert of TVN24 station, a lecturer of Akademia Kulinarna Fumenti, Slow Food activist and a member of Polish Academy of Taste. NORMA operates for the time being within the “half-open door” formula, mostly for friends. It promises a sumptuous opening in the first half of November.
