Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź will soon be opened in city center. The place will be run by Zbigniew Kmieć, known for searching for Polish products, responsible for exclusive web shop Black Caviar. Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź wants to focus on the simple cuisine based on finest ingredients. The place has the ambition to restore the deli, which interwar Warsaw, Krakow and Lviv were famous for. The menu will cover breakfasts, lunches and dinners, all made with the highest quality Polish products. Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź is about to open in December.
