Already announced by us a new French Bistro Pigalle was opened two days ago on Hoza corner of Poznanska. Dariusz Ratuszniak is Executive Chef here. The place offers fish and seafood served in the French style. Bistro Pigalle has the ambition to refer to the traditions of French cuisine, the chef uses more than 100 years old recipes and presents them relaunched. The menu will be changed frequently, at the moment you can find there among others Creamy lobster soup with a drop of Henessy, Turbot from the Basque port and Scallops in smokehouse smoke.
