Ryszard Majewski, ex chef of Blue Cactus restaurant and Maria Romańska, author of the blog Figa S – makiem have recently opened a bistro in Czapelska Str., close to Rondo Wiatraczna. Bistro operates under the name of Akademia Smaków Ryszarda Majewskiego which has so far been operating in different location and focused on cooking workshops. Bistro is open from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays the place can be booked for private events. The restaurant serves international cuisine. The menu features quesadillas, tarts, sandwiches, salads, soups, there is also salmon baked in the shells St. Jack and lemon chicken with vegetables. The Academy will also organize cooking classes and catering for individuals and companies.
