Gruszki Pietruszki (pears and parsley) is a new place situated in Mariensztat, a little bit forgotten part of the city in terms of culinary experiences. It is a vegan friendly wine bistro serving vegan and vegetarian cuisine and vegan and bio wines. The menu features vegetables, seeds, groats and cheese in various dishes made from product from organic and local producers. The menu is supposed to change frequently in line with the seasons.
