Szerdelek Charakterny Cymes is a new foodtruck that serves “food with a taste and quality referring to the good old Warsaw tradition, sold through a mobile gastronomy.” Szerdelek made its debut in Bemowo Amphitheatre on May 10. In Szerdelek you can eat sausages in form of hot dogs or alternative. There are also beef cheeks, smoked półgęsek, grilled pork and blood sausage, and for vegetarians a roll with mushrooms.
