Podróbka is a new mobile food stall prepared by the students of the culinery Food Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łodz. They debuted on Plac Zabaw during Breakfast Market a week ago. The aim of the project is to tame offal presenting it in completely new, street food editions. The menu of the new bar features brains, hens hearts, veal tongues, beef cheeks.
