A new restaurant Miąższ will soon be open at Francuska St, in the venue after the recently closed Skład Win. It will have signature dishes, composed in line with seasonality. The name of the place (miąższ means pulp) is meant to carry connotations of a juicy, fresh and healthy apple. Miąższ will also offer alcoholic cocktails, which – as owners declare – haven’t been seen in Saska Kepa yet. We do not know the date of opening, but we will keep you updated.
