On Saturday, June 6th, on the Vistula River left bank Wege Festiwal (Veg Festival) will be held under the title ZUPA! (SOUP!). Among others you will be able to taste there cold borscht and thai soup from Kubek i ołówek, veg chowder based on vegetable broth and plant milk from Można mlaskać, tempura udon from Yakitori, oyster mushroom tripes and nettle cream from Żarcie Mamuśki, gazpacho from Hiszpańska Dusza. Wegańska Manufaktura Kuchnia Roślinna will prepare Indian chickpea soup. In addition to soups there will be hummus and falafels from Falafel Beirut and cakes by Fabryka Słodkości. Drinks will be served by Cud nad Wisłą.
