Pantai Warsaw is a new restaurant inspired by the flavors of Asian beaches. It officially opens tomorrow in the Plażowa complex at the city beach on the Vistula River right next to Stadion Narodowy. Chef here is Patrycja Kwiatkowska, previously known for, among others, Lemongrass. The cuisine here is focused on lightness and authenticity of the tastes from Malaysia, Thailand and China. Pantai Warsaw also has a wide range of alcoholic and soft cocktails. Konrad Kitlas is responsible for the bar. The wine list includes natural biodynamic wines. At the menu, among others, you can find Malaysian laksa, Pork satay or Tempura duck with plum sauce and fresh vegetables.
