Three new places will be officially opened tomorrow in the Cosmopolitan building at Twarda St. Martin Gimenez Castro will open the first place in Poland specializing in ceviche – Ceviche Bar. Ceviche comes from South America, its main ingredient is fresh fish marinated with citrus juice, seasoned with coriander, onion and chili. The menu will be featured, among others, with seven types of ceviche and several other dishes like the traditional Argentinian soup, Empanadas with chicken or meat, Salad with quinoa and corwin. Ceviche Bar also has a sizable offer alcoholic cocktails.
