Terra Madre Slow Food Festival will take place on 11-13th December in Kraków. This is International event organised to promote the culinary heritage of Central and Eastern Europe. There will be producers and chefs not only from Poland, but also from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic Countries, Austria, Germany, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Italy. 200 exhibitors, culinary shows, workshops, and special dinners in chosen restaurants in Kraków.
