Already announced by us in March Cukiernia Miodowa has been opened this morning. The confectionery is located at the intersection of Senatorska St. and Miodowa St., in the left wing of Bellotto Hotel at Pałac Prymasowski. Desserts here refer to the American style of confectionery. Miodowa Dessert Bar is a unique offer here. It is the first in Poland dessert tasting menu, which will consist of five mini desserts based on different types of honey (buckwheat, linden and others). The tasting menu can also be ordered with wine specially paired with each dessert portion. The offer includes also marshmallows (among others strawberry flavor), pies, cronuts (combination of a croissant and donut) whoopies and many other sweets inspired by North America. Pastry Chef here is Adam Freus, who previously worked, among others, at Concept 13 in Warsaw and Monopol Hotel in Wroclaw.
