Stacja Mercedes appeared for the fourth time in the park near the Poniatowski Bridge and this year’s opening will take place on June 11. This season, there was a small revolution and responsibility for the cuisine for the first time was granted to the team from The Cool Cat and Gracja Krasowska will be chef there. The menu features, among others, some breakfast sets (eg. scrambled eggs with home sausage, millet with peanut butter, gravlax in a sandwich), salads (with grilled sheep cheese or horseradish gravlax), burgers (veggie or with beef from Crazy Butcher), prawns in butter-wine emulsion or grilled zucchini, cauliflower and kohlrabi with pesto made from arugula, dried tomatoes and sunflower.
