SHUK opened last Saturday on Grójecka Street in Ochota. It’s a big place belonging to the owners of vegetarian Mezze bar of Mokotów operating for almost three years. SHUK also offers vegan and vegetarian dishes e.g.: roasted and lightly grilled cauliflower, vegan (no eggs) and vegetarian shakshouka, Turkish pide and warm and cold mezze (including classic hummus, hummus curry, beetroot hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, labneh, fatayer). The bar offers quite nice variety of cocktails with intriguing names such as. Hummus’ Thunder, Bazaar Power or Father’s Visit to the Bazaar.
