In front of the US Embassy at Al. Ujazdowskie Grill Bastards launched their barbecue station. They are grilling and barbecue enthusiasts, working on daily basis with Weber – grill manufacturer. In field conditions, they serve seasonal beef in various cuts, smoked pork neck, ribs glazed in Coke, sandwiches with plucked pork and apple mustard or beef cheeks. They warn that they don’t paint on the plates, they simply serve meat only. In the field version they plan to be opened until August 31 only, but there is a plan to open a restaurant. We will keep you informed.
