At the end of August in Katowice a new vegetarian and vegan restaurant was opened. It’s called No no. No no serves raw, original and seasonal Polish cuisine. The owners opt for local products. It is also meant to be fun. Therefore, the menu features among others Silesian roulade (made from seitan) with eggplant, peppers and pickles; raw blood sausage; meatballs (made with tomatoes and grits) or peasant salad with roasted potatoes and vegan sour cream.
