Bistro Kaskrut by Lili Filipiak

Kaskrut at Poznanska was recently completely relaunched. The chef is (known from Top Chef) Lili Filipiak, who explored the secrets of the culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute. New Kaskrut is a gourmet bistro – it combines the unpretentious atmosphere and service with exquisite cuisine, based on the best Polish slow food products. The wine list is based on natural wines. The menu changes several times a month. Kaskrut is vegan friendly. All appetizers, soups, casse-croute, salads, main dishes and desserts include vegan items, also 4-course tasting menu is available in vegan version. The latest menu features among others: an appetizer Beef hearts / cabbage / kumpiak (25zł), main course Bream / horseradish / egg (35zł) or vegan dessert Chocolate / Boletus / walnut (19zł).
