Burger Libre is a new foodtruck, that showed up on the streets of Warsaw in the second half of September. It is the younger cousine of the Taco Libre mobile bar described by us two years ago. Burger Libre sells beef burgers beautifully wrapped in wheat tortilla. The burgers names refer to popular songs. During the first appearance of the foodtruck on the Warsaw Cross-Culture Festival the popular burgers were the Jesteś szalona (You’re crazy) with pickled cucumber, goat cheese, pear, plum jam and horseradish sauce and Felicita with dried tomatoes, ginger, capers, tomato, arugula and signed sauce. An interesting proposal is also Highway to hell with chipotle, jalapeno fajita, pickles and mango.
